I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Grief Counselor (GC-C), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I have experience providing therapy to a wide variety of people. I practice from a person-centered perspective because I believe that you are the expert of your life, and that a good, comfortable therapeutic relationship helps facilitate the changes you want to make in your life. I do utilize techniques from various theoretical orientations (Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in an integrated approach, depending on your needs.
